Abstract

The aim of the research is to develop a proposed scenario for the quality standards of sports legislation in accordance with the constitutional principles and international conventions by: (1) To identify the scientific bases for building sports legislation in accordance with the constitutional principles and international conventions, and to identify the technical bases for building sports legislation in accordance with constitutional principles and international conventions. This constitutional text must clarify the law and the mechanisms of its application, Not to develop appropriate legislative alternatives to address legislative shortcomings in the field of sports, Failure to develop a classification of sports institutions and institutions (professional - semi-professional - hobby) makes it more difficult to implement legislation on all sports bodies, which vary in nature from one institution to another, Not clarify the role of the administrative body in the development of regulations and control in sports bodies.
