Abstract

The Research Aim:
The aim of the research is to design a training program using the trainings of visual vision and the study of its impact on:
1 - Concentration of attention for boxing players (sample research)
2 - The precision of counter-attack for boxing players (sample research).
Procedures of the Research:
The researcher used the experimental approach using "the experimental design of one group by the pre and post measurements" for its relevance to the nature and objectives of the research. The research community included (16) boxers, and the number of basic sample was (8) boxers who selected by deliberate method and exploratory sample was 8 boxers for conducting the scientific transactions.
Conclusion:
-The qualitative visual vision trainings have a positive effect on improving attention concentration, non-dispersion and precision of counter-attack for boxing players during punching.
-There is positive correlation relationship between the concentration of attention and the precision of counter-attack in first class boxers.
Recommendations:
*The researcher recommends the need for design qualitative visual tests for some of the basic skills in Boxing Sports.
*The researcher recommends paying attention for putting training programs using qualitative visual exercises according to the scientific foundations of different age groups of boxing players.
