A suggested conception for developing the intellectual capital in Egyptian Weight lifting federation in the light of knowledge economy

Abstract

Intellectual capital in this competitive economy and the information age has become the real capital of organizations as the cornerstone that plays the main role in the process of innovation and innovation, and is the leader in the process of change and creativity. It must exploit and develop human capabilities.Therefore; the research aims to identify the level of the availability of intellectual capital in its three dimensions (structural, human and relations) within the (EWF), and to build a proposed concept for the development of intellectual capital in the light of the knowledge economy. The sample was (132) of the members of the technical committees, workers and branch managers of the Federation, After the statistical treatments, the research reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the availability of intellectual capital in its three variables came less than the average, due to the weakness in the knowledge and information of the employees of the Federation and its branches with some technical and administrative obstacles within the board of the (EWF). Discussing some recommendations, including the need to provide the necessary financial support for the development of the activities of the Federation, with the need to activate the proposed vision for the development of intellectual capital in the (EWF) in the light of the knowledge economy.
